Creation once again is teaming up with the CFA or Christian Festivals Association to offer an amazing opportunity to the winner of the Creation Festival National Talent Search.
Creation Festivals will choose approx. 15 bands to play at both Creation East and Creation West Indie Stage. Each selected artist will have the opportunity to play LIVE on the Creation INDIE STAGE. Judging will take place on-site. One (1) artist from the Indie Stage Talent Search will be selected as "the Grand Prize Winner" and move on to the next round.
Grand Prize Winner
The Grand Prize Winner will be placed against winners from the other participating Christian festivals at the national finals. From this group one (1) National winner will be chosen and receive the following:
- Full performance slot at each participating 2012 CFA festival. There are approx. 20 participating festivals (stage and time slot to be determined by each individual festival).
- Inclusion on artist list of each participating 2012 CFA festival.
- Featuring of National winner on all participating CFA member festival websites.
- Listing on all participating CFA member festival Facebook pages promoting winner.
- 3 songs recorded free in Chicago land studio. Artist is responsible for travel/meals/lodging. We'll take care of tracking/mixing.
- This could be the BIG BREAK you've been looking for!
Additional Details
Each artist or band selected for Creation Northeast and Northwest will be to able to purchase discounted tickets for family and guest for $5 off the current deadline price. Does not apply to gate prices.
Entries must be submitted by May 4th
Fees
- Talent Search submission $25 non-refundable.
- If selected there is a Indie Stage confirmation fee of $250 for band. (non- refundable)
- Submissions are made with no guarantees of performance. Creation Festivals reserves the right to make changes to the program and details at any time.
Indie Stage
- If selected and all fees and submissions are completed, you will have the opportunity to play in one of our 15 min slots on the Indie Stage.
- One Grand Prize winner will be selected from the artists that play the Indie Stage on-site.
- Grand Prize winner will be introduced and announced Saturday evening from the main stage.
- Artists agree to fully comply with all Creation Festivals policies, production, staff and rules.
- Creation Festivals reserves the right to change or modify schedule, policies or rules at any time.
