You certify that you agree to and understand the limitations placed on the number of persons permitted to occupy the premises, and unless prior written approval has been granted by ConTENTmentCamping, LLC you are to abide by such limitations and all terms and conditions by Creation Festivals, LLC. Creation and ConTENTment reserves the right to leave the tent or event if you do not abide by the terms and conditions set forth by ConTENTment and Creation Festivals. Other occupants will be family members, friends or responsible adults.

• No Refunds or Exchanges.
• NATURAL DISASTER: In the event that the unusual happens and conditions make it impossible or unsafe for the festival to take place, the festival will be rescheduled. Although there will be No Refunds, your tickets and rental will be honored at the rescheduled event.
• The security deposit, wether by cash or credit card is provided as security against damage to the tent, and violation of any renters agreement contained on this page, our site, the order process, Terms and conditions, and policies in Creation Festivals materials. An inspection is done at check out for any damage done to the rental property. The rent(s) shall be liable and solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury to any person or loss sustained by any person or arising our of or in any way related to renter(s) use of the premises or the items of personal property provided by ConTENTmentCamping. Renter(s) hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless including but not limited to ConTENTment, Creation Festivals, Come Alive International, Inc., Jesus Ministries, Inc., His Works Holdings, Agape Farm, JMS Productions, plus all staff, volunteers, vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and any other entities involved in the production of the Creation Festival, arising our of or in any way related to Renter(s) use of premises or items provided therein. Renter(s) assumes the risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities and will hold ConTENTment, Creation Festivals, Come Alive International, Inc., Jesus Ministries, Inc., His Works Holdings, Agape Farm, JMS Productions, plus all staff, volunteers, vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and any other entities involved in the production of the Creation Festival harmless with respect thereto. Renter agrees to indemnify ConTENTment, Creation Festivals, Come Alive International, Inc., Jesus Ministries, Inc., His Works Holdings, Agape Farm, JMS Productions, plus all staff, volunteers, vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and any other entities involved in the production of the Creation Festival. Renter agrees to indemnify ConTENTment, Creation Festivals, Come Alive International, Inc., Jesus Ministries, Inc., His Works Holdings, Agape Farm, JMS Productions, plus all staff, volunteers, vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and any other entities involved in the production of the Creation Festival for any damages to the dwelling, grounds, furnishing, and tent items. In the event damage results from a renter(s) occupancy, ConTENTment and or Creation Festivals is authorized to utilize the credit card or deposit funds for security deposit to cover said damages or additional cleaning cost, including the charging or billing of any additional amounts that exceed the deposit held. ConTENTment, Creation Festivals are not responsible for lost or damaged items while on-site at the Creation Festival.
• HOLD HARMLESS: ConTENTment, Creation Festivals, Come Alive International, Inc., Jesus Ministries, Inc., His Works Holdings, Agape Farm, JMS Productions, plus all staff, volunteers, vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and any other entities involved in the production of the Creation Festival does not assume any liability for loss, damage, or injury or death to persons or their personal property. Neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience arising from but not limited to any temporary defects, change in schedule, traffic, delay in event, weather conditions, natural disasters, cts or God, or other reasons beyond its control.
