NEW RESERVED SEATING ADDED

In 2007 we introduced a NEW reserved seating section in the Main Stage Arena for Creation Northeast. This was a special V.I.P. area, where you could purchase your reserved seat for each day to watch up close and apart from the crowd, all of your favorite bands on the Main Stage. This is a very limited seating area. CREATION PRE-EVENT PRAYER

The pre-event prayer team is beginning to form, and we are need those that are feeling lead to start coming alongside us with prayer coverage for the event. Here are a few specific needs we will would ask that for prayer.

• That the speakers and musicians will begin to be prepared for the witness and message that He has ordained to be spoken through them.

• It is not to early to pray for good weather. That God will ordain glorious weather for the weeks ahead of, during and after the festival.

• That the hearts of those attending would be prepared to receive and act upon His words and leading at this years festival.

• Pray for a covering over the staff of creation and all those that will serve at this years festival by giving of their time and talents.

Greetings to everyone, I have been coming to Creation NW for 4 years. The fist year I came I was miserable and too hard hearted to really let Jesus make any changes in my life. I have known Jesus for years but I could not live for him and give him ALL of my life. Too many "little sins" I had to hang on to and not willing to release to him. The follow 2 years I geared mysellf up to serve as volunteer in any area they needed me. I was working 1 year with "people to people" transportation. At that time I myself was not able to walk far and in the heat it can be unbareable at times. In 2005 I volunteered with security and found myself really involved with the people and helping make their time at creation both safe and meaningful. In 2005 I also went some changes. I knew I would be having a surgery that would change my life. I had a choice to have a gastric bypass surgery or loose my leg. Not a hard choice for me I had the gasitric ring placed in. I then went on to loose over 260lbs. In 2006 I was invited back and this year I wanted to help with the artist booth. I was looking forward to seeing Bethany Dillon and also Josh from Seventh day Slumber. Ok so I am over 40 and I love these bands! There words of strength and mos of all commitment to serving our Lord touches me. I have had an opportunity to see Seventh day Slumber more than once. A friend of mine who has a daughter that loves Seventh day Slumber and chats with them often on her my space was so excited because they were also going to be at Freedom Fest in Snohomish Wa.In 2005 I managed to keep the water consumption to the maximum that I could. (about a gallon & a half a day)They say "4x4" and in the following year I found it was not enought for me.In 2006 only hours after I arrived my bad leg was about 3 times the size it should be. I was very dehydraded and very ill. I was taken by ambulance suffering with low potassium levels and also sever dehydration. I spent 2 days at Quincy hospital and then was told to go home. I did not get to hear one speaker or any of the bands play. I felt like I ruined it for everyone. On the way home the young teen told me that she was so afraid that she did not know what to do. She told me that she went to a prayer tent to pray for me and then she said she also prayed for herslef to recommit to her walk with Christ. She and I did get to go to Freedom fest and We watched Seventh day Slumber. We both were sad that we did not get to stay but also she was glad that she had the personal time in prayer with one of the prayer partners in the tent. At Freedom fest she said she wanted to help share that blessing. After Seventh day Slumber gave their testimony she ran to the tent and wanted to help others with prayer to share the blessing she recieved at Creation.

Agreement with Terms and Conditions.
The following terms and conditions apply to every person who establishes an internet connection to creationfest.com. By using creationfest.com, you are agreeing to comply with all of the terms and conditions listed here.

Changes in Terms and Conditions.
Creationfest.com has the right to change or discontinue any feature of creationfest.com and/or change the terms and conditions for using it at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon notice. Any use of creationfest.com after that notice shall be considered acceptance of these changes.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASON:

**Creation Festival does not issue refunds or exchanges. If you do not accept the Terms & Conditions listed above and you wish to terminate your registration, you can cancel your order by choosing " I Dot Not Accept" button. By choosing "I Accept" you represent and agree that you have read and understood the Order policies on both Terms and Conditions, Use and Refunds.

LIABILITY:

Anyone who attends the Creation Festival, does so entirely at their own risk and will hold the following organizations and individuals harmless and not liable for any bodily injury or personal property loss anytime prior to, during, or following the Creation Festival. This list includes but is not limited to Come Alive International, Inc., Jesus Ministries, Inc., Agape Farm, JMS Productions, plus all staff, volunteers, vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and any other entities involved in the production of the Creation Festival.

PHOTOGRAPHS:

Photographers will be on site to photograph the Creation Festival. Many of these photographs will be used in the future for promotional purposes. By attending the Creation Festival, you are giving up any rights you might have with regards to these photos and will be deemed as having given permission for use of the same.

NATURAL DISASTER:

In the event that the unusual happens and conditions make it impossible for the festival to take place, the festival will be rescheduled. Although there will be No Refunds, your tickets will be honored at the rescheduled event.

THE PROGRAM IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE:

Occasionally, due to illness or some other reason, a speaker or musician may have to cancel or change the time of their appearance. The Creation Festival does not guarantee that the program will happen as advertised, and is permitted to make changes and substitutions as it deems best.

DAY TICKET HOLDERS:

Day tickets are valid from 9:00am - midnight.

WRISTBAND & TICKET WARNING:

You will receive your wristbands at the gate after your Bar-code Tickets are scanned and verified. By wearing these wristbands at all times during the festival, you are showing that you have registered properly. Please keep them in a safe place and remember to bring them with you. There will be a replacement fee if you lose or forget your wristbands while on site. Please treat these wristbands with special care as the wear and tear of festival life can be hard on them. Remember they have to survive four days of sun, sweat, dust, and showers!

PAYMENT METHODS:

Credit Card- You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone). At the time your order is placed, Creation obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships. The Creation Festival accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.
PLEASE NOTE: - We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States. - Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order. For information about alternate payment options please call Creation at 800-327-6921

Credit Card Security Codes: The Creation Festival requires the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.

Cashier's Check or Money Order: The Creation Festival accepts personal checks, business checks, cashier's checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. Checks and money orders need to be in US Funds and drawn on a US Bank.If you wish to pay by one of these alternate forms you must print out the order form and send the check or money order payable to Creation Festivals. TICKET ORDERING & SERVICE FEES

Service Fees are non-refundable. For tickets ordered for the Creation Festivals through approved and normal ordering procedures, in the event of a postponement there will be No Refunds, your tickets will be honored at the rescheduled event. Service fees under all circumstances are non-refundable.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Creation will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY METHOD

Email: If you chose email delivery method for your tickets you will be emailed a link to print your tickets and information along with a confirmation of your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Email Print at Home tickets: If you have chosen email delivery method your order is sent to the email you provided at the time you placed the order. You will receive a confirmation of your order and a link to print out your tickets and other important information. This process is same day or less.

Mail: If you chose mail delivery method your bar-coded tickets will be printed at our main offices in NJ and mailed to the address you provided once the order is received and processed. Shipping of your order is based on, payment processing time, and website/ordering processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business week. Unanticipated changes in processing can affect overall processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the order to travel from our offices to your shipping address. Creation makes every effort to ship your tickets in a reasonable time. Although every effort is made to ship your order in the time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in processing.
