FOR REGISTRATIONS AND BAR CODE TICKETS:

Agreement with Terms and Conditions.
The following terms and conditions apply to every person who establishes an internet connection to creationfest.com. By using creationfest.com, you are agreeing to comply with all of the terms and conditions listed here.

Changes in Terms and Conditions.
Creationfest.com has the right to change or discontinue any feature of creationfest.com and/or change the terms and conditions for using it at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon notice. Any use of creationfest.com after that notice shall be considered acceptance of these changes.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASON:

**Creation Festival does not issue refunds or exchanges. If you do not accept the Terms & Conditions listed above and you wish to terminate your registration, you can cancel your order by choosing " I Dot Not Accept" button. By choosing "I Accept" you represent and agree that you have read and understood the Order policies on both Terms and Conditions, Use and Refunds.

LIABILITY:

Anyone who attends the Creation Festival, does so entirely at their own risk and will hold the following organizations and individuals harmless and not liable for any bodily injury or personal property loss anytime prior to, during, or following the Creation Festival. This list includes but is not limited to Come Alive International, Inc., Jesus Ministries, Inc., Agape Farm, JMS Productions, plus all staff, volunteers, vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and any other entities involved in the production of the Creation Festival.

PHOTOGRAPHS:

Photographers will be on site to photograph the Creation Festival. Many of these photographs will be used in the future for promotional purposes. By attending the Creation Festival, you are giving up any rights you might have with regards to these photos and will be deemed as having given permission for use of the same.

NATURAL DISASTER:

In the event that the unusual happens and conditions make it impossible for the festival to take place, the festival will be rescheduled. Although there will be No Refunds, your tickets will be honored at the rescheduled event.

THE PROGRAM IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE:

Occasionally, due to illness or some other reason, a speaker or musician may have to cancel or change the time of their appearance. The Creation Festival does not guarantee that the program will happen as advertised, and is permitted to make changes and substitutions as it deems best.

DAY TICKET HOLDERS:

Day tickets are valid from 9:00am - midnight.

WRISTBAND & TICKET WARNING:

You will receive your wristbands at the gate after your Bar-code Tickets are scanned and verified. By wearing these wristbands at all times during the festival, you are showing that you have registered properly. Please keep them in a safe place and remember to bring them with you. There will be a replacement fee if you lose or forget your wristbands while on site. Please treat these wristbands with special care as the wear and tear of festival life can be hard on them. Remember they have to survive four days of sun, sweat, dust, and showers!

PAYMENT METHODS:

Credit Card- You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone). At the time your order is placed, Creation obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships. The Creation Festival accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.
PLEASE NOTE: - We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States. - Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order. For information about alternate payment options please call Creation at 800-327-6921

Credit Card Security Codes: The Creation Festival requires the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.

Cashier's Check or Money Order: The Creation Festival accepts personal checks, business checks, cashier's checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. Checks and money orders need to be in US Funds and drawn on a US Bank. If you wish to pay by one of these alternate forms you must print out the order form and send the check or money order payable to Creation Festivals. Please mail your payment to:

The Creation Festival sells and ships or emails the itickets to the purchaser only.

TICKET ORDERING & SERVICE FEES

Service Fees are non-refundable. For tickets ordered for the Creation Festivals through approved and normal ordering procedures, in the event of a postponement there will be No Refunds, your tickets will be honored at the rescheduled event. Service fees under all circumstances are non-refundable.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Creation will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY METHOD

Email: If you chose email delivery method for your tickets you will be emailed a link to print your tickets and information along with a confirmation of your order.

Mail: If you chose mail delivery method your bar-coded tickets will be mailed to the address you provided once the order is received and processed. Creation will ship all mail orders USPS. If another form of express shipping is required or needed please contact Creation Festivals at 800-327-6921.

ORDER PROCESSING

Email Print at Home tickets: If you have chosen email delivery method your order is sent to the email you provided at the time you placed the order. You will receive a confirmation of your order and a link to print out your tickets and other important information. This process is same day or less.

Mail: If you chose mail delivery method your bar-coded tickets will be printed at our main offices in NJ and mailed to the address you provided once the order is received and processed. Creation will ship all mail orders USPS. If another form of express shipping is required or needed please contact Creation Festivals at 800-327-6921.

Shipping of your order is based on, payment processing time, and website/ordering processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business week. Unanticipated changes in processing can affect overall processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the order to travel from our offices to your shipping address. Creation makes every effort to ship your tickets in a reasonable time. Although every effort is made to ship your order in the time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in processing. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Creation is not responsible for typographical errors.
Creation reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Creation Store at any time.
All sales at the Creation Festival website are governed by New Jersey law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
No Creation employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Creation Festivals policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
