We need you! Creation 2008 can not take place without people like you volunteering your time and talent for God. It takes thousands of staff members to make the festival work. So, if you're 14 or older we would love to have you as part of the Creation Festival staff!

It was great fun interacting with the people coming in through the gates. The supervisors were WONDERFUL!!
I loved it. Honestly, my favorite part about the entire festival was going to work every morning. I just couldn't wait. My supervisors were the greatest. Not only were they my supervisors, but they became my friends. It was nice because all of the friends that I went to Creation with had different schedules than I did, so I always knew that I could go to shift early and hang out with my supervisors if I didn't have any friends to hang out with.
Well I met lots of new people, and it was just fun and energetic! Everybody was great!
I was teamed with my Youth Group so it was a blast and the supervisor was great too.
Whether you're by yourself, with a group of friends, or your whole youth group, volunteering gives you the opportunity to make new friends and have tons of fun, while being part of a life-changing experience.
Heres the lowdown:
Full Time:
Full time staff members work a minimum of five (5) four and a half hour shifts during the festival. Full time staff members are required to arrive at the festival grounds Wednesday morning and work through Saturday, with an additional shift one day during the festival, at the staffing coordinator's discretion. For this you get:
- Entrance into the entire festival
- Camping
- Showers
- A cool staff t-shirt.
- Lots of love!
Half Time:
Half time staff members work a minimum of three (3) four and a half hour shifts during the festival. Half time staff members are required to be available to start their shifts no later than Thursday morning and work through Saturday. For this you get:
- Half price entrance into the festival
- Camping
- Showers
- A cool staff t-shirt.
More Time:
Of course, you can volunteer more than the minimum number of shifts, and many staffers do. Just let us know that you would like to work more when you submit your application.
Friends and Family:
We make special effort to place friends or family on the same shift when requested, although the later you put in your application, the more difficult that becomes, so register early if you want to be placed with them.
Staff Policy:
- Minimum of 14 years old (staff under 18 will be required to bring a parental consent form)
- Must provide proof of identification if over 18 when you arrive
- Must read and agree to our policy manual
